Service 03 — Inspections

Look past the finish. See the full picture.

Independent pre-purchase and post-collision repair inspections. We measure, photograph, and document the vehicle so you have facts instead of assurances.

Facts about the vehicle, not assurances from the seller.

We measure, photograph, and document what the vehicle has been through, so the decision in front of you is based on evidence.

01

Pre-purchase inspection

Before you buy, an independent inspection tells you what the vehicle has actually been through — prior repairs, hidden damage, and whether the asking price reflects the car in front of you.

Post-collision repair inspection

After a repair, we confirm whether the vehicle was returned to pre-accident condition and safety. Improper structural repairs are the reason this matters most.

Safety is the point of an inspection.

A vehicle that was not properly repaired is not just worth less — it may not protect you the way it did before the collision. Our inspectors document what was repaired, how it was repaired, and what was missed.

Book an inspection
What happens during an inspection

Four steps, and a written record at the end.

01

Book the inspection

Call your local office with the vehicle's details and what you need to know — buying it, or checking a repair that was already done.

02

We examine the vehicle

An appraiser measures, photographs, and records the panels, structure, and paint, documenting prior repairs and hidden damage.

03

We compare against the standard

Findings are assessed against pre-accident condition and safety, and against what the seller or repairer represented.

04

You receive the findings

A documented account of what was found, what was missed, and what it means for the price or the repair in front of you.

Buying a car or checking a repair? Call your local office with the vehicle's details and we will tell you what an inspection can document for you.

Next step

Speak with an independent appraiser about your claim.

Tell us what happened and what you have been offered. A consultant can explain available services and discuss which options may fit your situation.
